About Me
Here's Lila's Payhip bio:
I am an Ayurvedic healer and natural medicine educator with roots in the Vedic tradition that has been observing the human body — its patterns, its intelligence, its capacity for self-restoration — for three thousand years.
My work sits at the intersection of ancient plant medicine and modern biology. Not as opposites. As confirmation of each other.
I share what I know because the knowledge that was available to our grandparents — about food, about sleep, about the body's seasonal rhythms and constitutional tendencies — has been largely lost in the noise of modern wellness culture. What remains is mostly noise. Supplements that promise what only lifestyle can deliver. Protocols designed for a generic body that does not exist.
I write and teach for the person who suspects there is more available to them than what they have been given. Who is willing to look in unexpected places. Who understands that the body is not broken — it is speaking, in the only language it has, and the conversation has been one-sided for too long.
I am based between New York and the tradition that raised me. My work is available to anyone willing to listen.
