Little Movers Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Little Movers respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you purchase or interact with Little Movers products, why we collect it, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
When you purchase a Little Movers product, we may receive information such as:
- Purchaser's name
- Email address
- Order and transaction information
- Child's first name provided for personalization
- Selected Boy or Girl character
- Selected favorite sport
- Communications you send regarding your order
We only request personalization information that is reasonably necessary to create and deliver your personalized product.
Little Movers does not require or collect a child's photograph for the current personalized book.
We also do not intentionally request sensitive information about children such as their full name, home address, school, health information, or other unnecessary personal details.
2. Children's Information
Little Movers products are designed for children, but purchases and personalization information should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.
The child's first name is collected only for the purpose of creating the personalized product requested by the purchaser.
Please do not submit additional personal information about a child that we have not requested.
The National Privacy Commission has issued specific guidance emphasizing transparency when children's personal data is processed. Keeping our personalization requirements minimal is therefore an intentional part of the Little Movers process.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information you provide to:
- Process and manage your order
- Create your personalized Little Movers book
- Personalize the child's name, character selection, favorite sport, and certificate
- Deliver your completed PDF and interactive flipbook
- Communicate with you about your order
- Correct personalization or delivery problems
- Maintain appropriate transaction and business records
- Prevent fraud or misuse
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Personal information collected for personalization will not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed through the payment services available through our ecommerce platform.
Little Movers does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card details when payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor.
Payment providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Services We Use
To operate Little Movers, we may use third-party services for functions such as:
Payhip — storefront, checkout and order management
Canva — preparation and personalization of digital book files
Heyzine — hosting and delivery of the interactive flipbook
Payment providers — processing customer payments
Email services — communicating with customers and delivering orders
These providers may process certain information as necessary to provide their services and may operate or store information in different countries.
Each third-party provider maintains its own privacy practices and terms.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your or your child's personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the store, process transactions, create or deliver your product, provide customer support, or comply with applicable law.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights or prevent fraud or misuse.
7. Personalized Book Files
Your child's first name may appear inside the personalized PDF, certificate, and interactive flipbook created for your order.
These files are created specifically for your purchase.
Customers should therefore consider that the personalized book itself contains the child's first name when choosing to share the PDF, flipbook link, screenshots, or printed pages with other people or on social media.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, resolving customer-service issues, maintaining necessary business records, and meeting legal or accounting requirements.
Personalized working files that are no longer reasonably required may be deleted as part of our regular file-management process.
Some transaction information may need to be retained for a longer period where required for legitimate business, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
This reflects the Data Privacy Act principle that identifiable personal information should not be retained longer than necessary for its stated purpose, legitimate business purposes, legal claims, or applicable legal requirements.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no internet transmission, digital storage system, email service, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The NPC similarly requires online sellers to employ reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the personal information they handle.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:
- Be informed about how your information is processed
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Object to certain processing
- Request deletion, erasure, or blocking where applicable
- Exercise data portability rights where applicable
- File a complaint with the appropriate privacy authority
The Philippine National Privacy Commission identifies these among the rights available to data subjects under the Data Privacy Act.
11. Requests to Correct or Delete Information
If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Little Movers order, please contact us at support@littlemoversdigitalstudio.com.
We may need to verify information about the order before completing the request.
Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, transaction, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
12. Marketing Communications
Purchasing a Little Movers product does not automatically mean that we will use your child's information for marketing.
We will not use a child's name or personalized book for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Where customers separately choose to receive promotional communications from Little Movers, they may unsubscribe using the method provided in those communications.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, services, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be made available through the Little Movers store.
