Welcome to Little Movers. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of Little Movers digital products.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Little Movers

Little Movers provides personalized digital children's products designed for entertainment, reading, movement, and family activities.

Little Movers: My Big Sports Adventure is a personalized digital storybook. No physical book or other physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product listing.

2. Personalization

Your Little Movers book is created using the information you provide during checkout.

Personalization may include:

• Child's first name
• Selected Boy or Girl character
• Favorite sport
• Personalized Sports Star Certificate

Character faces and physical appearance are not customized. Customers choose from the character options shown or described in the product listing.

Please review all personalization information carefully before submitting your order.

We will create the book using the spelling and selections provided by you.

3. Order Process

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and/or instruction file.

We will then prepare your personalized Little Movers book using the information submitted during checkout.

Your completed order will normally include:

A personalized 24-page digital storybook, downloadable PDF, interactive online flipbook, and personalized Sports Star Certificate.

4. Delivery

Personalized orders are normally completed and delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive your order and all required personalization information.

Your completed product will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

5. Digital Product Only

Little Movers is currently sold as a digital product.

Purchasing the product does not include a printed or physically delivered book.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, internet connection, PDF reader, or web browser necessary to access the applicable digital content.

6. Personal Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use your personalized Little Movers book for personal, non-commercial use.

You may download and keep your personalized PDF and may print a copy for your own household or personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, commercially reproduce, upload for public distribution, sublicense, or claim the Little Movers book, illustrations, characters, designs, or other content as your own.

Purchase of a Little Movers product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.

Payhip's standard end-user framework similarly provides digital products under a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Little Movers brand, story content, layouts, illustrations, characters, graphics, certificates, designs, and associated creative materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or authorized rights holder.

Your personalized copy is licensed to you for personal use only.

You may share reasonable photos or screenshots of your child's book for personal purposes or on your personal social media accounts, provided they are not used to sell, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the product.

8. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate personalization and contact information.

Please make sure:

• Your child's name is spelled correctly.
• You select the intended Boy or Girl character.
• You select the correct favorite sport.
• Your email address is accurate.

We are not responsible for personalization errors resulting directly from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

If we make an error when creating the book from the information you correctly submitted, we will correct it at no additional charge.

9. Refunds, Changes & Cancellations

Purchases are also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because personalized products are created specifically for individual customers, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once personalization work has begun.

However, this does not limit remedies that may be available where the product is defective, incorrectly supplied due to our error, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Philippine e-commerce rules emphasize consumer protection, fair treatment, transparency, and mechanisms for redress, so retaining this qualification is preferable to an absolute “no refunds under any circumstances” clause.

10. Interactive Flipbook Access

Where your purchase includes an interactive flipbook, access is provided as an additional digital viewing experience.

The downloadable PDF is the customer's permanent digital copy.

Interactive flipbook availability may depend on third-party hosting or technology services. We therefore do not guarantee that online flipbook access will remain available indefinitely.

11. Product Images & Previews

Product photographs, mockups, illustrations, and previews are provided to demonstrate the general appearance and features of Little Movers products.

Minor differences in display, device colors, formatting, or presentation may occur.

The personalization included with your purchase is limited to the options specifically stated in the product description.

12. Educational & Recreational Use

Little Movers is intended for children's entertainment, reading, movement, and recreational activities.

It is not intended to provide medical, developmental, therapeutic, educational, or professional advice, and it should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether activities are appropriate for their child and for providing suitable supervision during physical activities.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version available when your order is placed.
