Welcome to Little Star Designs! We offer small commercial business license, with our digital downloads.

The Small Commercial Business License is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you (the end user) and Little Star Designs. Please take the time to read this agreement carefully before downloading or installing any design products (Licensed Products). By doing so, you agree to the terms of this license.

With the Small Commercial Business License, you, as a single individual, have the privilege of using the licensed products on an unlimited number of your own computers or devices. However, if others in your company or household wish to use our products, each person must purchase their separate licensed product. I do not offer an extended license to cover all business employees.

A small commercial business is defined by me as having a a gross annual turnover of up to £85,000 per year.

The Small Commercial Business License remains valid for your lifetime, and all items purchased under this license may be downloaded onto any of your computers or devices at any time in the future. This license applies to all digital downloads including and not limited to: member freebies, cut files, sublimation and print files,

For each category of end products, there are specific allowances and restrictions that apply.

License Agreement

Physical Products:

- You can create an unlimited projects for yourself, family members and friends.

- You can create an unlimited number of finished physical end products for sale, such as T-shirts, cushions, mugs, shadow boxes, cards etc for small commercial business.

- However, sending as-is or nearly as-is graphics to an outside party for them to make physical end products on your behalf is not covered under this license, this included sublimation sheets and transfers (including UVDTF)

- Modifying a design into a new design or extracting elements to form a new design, sharing the design anywhere in its full high resolution form and recolouring is not permitted.

-All digital designs provided by Little Star Designs are intended for personal use by the end user only. The end user is defined as an individual consumer who utilises the designs for personal purposes. The use of our digital designs for the production of decals, stickers, or any other goods for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

- Clip Art elements can be used in conjunction with other elements to form a new design for your own use.

Business Stationery and Product Packaging:

- You can create an unlimited projects for yourself, family members and friends.

- You are allowed to use graphics to create physical products related to a business, such as business cards, stationery, letterhead, brochures, and flyers, as long as you print them using your equipment. No limits apply to the number of items you can make.

- Similarly, you can use graphics to create physical packaging for products, like boxes, bottles, bags, and other containers, and there are no restrictions on the quantity of these packaged products you can make.

- However, sending as-is or nearly as-is graphics to an outside party for them to make physical end products on your behalf is not covered under this license, this included sublimation sheets and transfers.

- All digital designs provided by Little Star Designs are intended for personal use by the end user only. The end user is defined as an individual consumer who utilises the designs for personal purposes. The use of our digital designs for the production of decals, stickers, or any other goods for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

- Modifying a design into a new design or extracting elements to form a new design, sharing the design anywhere in its full high resolution form and recolouring is not permitted.

- Clip Art elements can be used in conjunction with other elements to form a new design for your own use.

Stickers and Adhesive Decals:

- You can create an unlimited projects for yourself, family members and friends.

- You can create an unlimited number of physical stickers, decals, or other adhesive end products for sale, as long as you make them solely using your equipment. This includes planner stickers, address labels, wall decals, laptop decals, and car window decals. However, items requiring additional heat or chemical processing for a finished physical object, like iron-on transfers or sublimation transfers, are not included in this section.

- However, sending as-is or nearly as-is graphics to an outside party for them to make physical end products on your behalf is not covered under this license, this included sublimation sheets and transfers.

- All digital designs provided by Little Star Designs are intended for personal use by the end user only. The end user is defined as an individual consumer who utilises the designs for personal purposes. The use of our digital designs for the production of decals, stickers, or any other goods for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

- Modifying a design into a new design or extracting elements to form a new design, sharing the design anywhere in its full high resolution form and recolouring is not permitted.

- Clip Art elements can be used in conjunction with other elements to form a new design for your own use.

Flat Sheet Goods:

- You can create an unlimited projects for yourself, family members and friends.

- You can create an unlimited number of flat sheet goods for sale, such as fabric, gift wrap, scrapbooking paper, sheet vinyl, ribbon, or other cloth materials, as long as you make them solely using your equipment.

- However, sending as-is or nearly as-is graphics to an outside party for them to make physical end products on your behalf is not covered under this license, this included sublimation sheets and transfers.

- Modifying a design into a new design or extracting elements to form a new design, sharing the design anywhere in its full high resolution form and recolouring is not permitted.

- All digital designs provided by Little Star Designs are intended for personal use by the end user only. The end user is defined as an individual consumer who utilises the designs for personal purposes. The use of our digital designs for the production of decals, stickers, or any other goods for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

- Clip Art elements can be used in conjunction with other elements to form a new design for your own use.

Print on Demand

Products may not under any circumstances be used on any tangible goods that are manufactured by any third party printing or print on demand site. The files must also not be sent to any third party to pre-print for your own use. The license only extends to the individual who has purchased it. 

Digital Products

Products may only be used on end products and must not be used on any digital goods, such as reselling as designs, web graphics or logos

Poems / Text / Verses

Often we like to create our own poems, verses or quotes for our designs, this will allow us to be unique. These designs will always be noted in the product description. These poems, quotes or versus are not to be used on any other design other than the purchased design.

Watermarking

I would ask that all customers please watermark any mock ups or images they use of our designs, this will help protect my business and yours. Free watermarks can be found in my shop.

Copyright and Trademarks

We will do our best to ensure that our designs do not breech any copyright or trademark laws at the time of design. However sole responsibility will always lie with the purchaser before printing.
