If a file is defective or will not open, we will fix it or refund you. Because these are digital downloads, sales are otherwise final once the file has been downloaded.

Refunds are issued through the payment method used at checkout (Stripe or PayPal). Processing fees on the original payment may not be returned by the payment provider.
