Shooting Workout #1 (Shooting under pressure)

Form shooting- 30 makes (10 in front of the rim, 10 on the left & right side too)


Spot shooting game- pick 5 spots to shoot from, make sure it isn't too far but also not too close. You have to make 2 shots in a row before you can move to next spot. After you make it around all 5 spots go again the other way.


Timer Shooting- Pick one spot that's not too far but not too close, Set a timer for 2 minutes on your phone or parents phone. Try to make 10 shots from that spot before the timer runs out. If you fail. do it again until you get it


Complete This Entire workout ATLEAST Twice (You can change up shooting spots & rules each time you complete it)

Shooting Workout #2 (Conditoning)

Form shooting- 30 makes (10 in front of the rim, 10 on the left & right side too)


Miss & Run Shooting- Pick a shooting spot that's not too close or far. Your goal is to to make 10 total shots. EACH TIME you miss you have to SPRINT & touch your fence, tree, mailbox, house, car, or whatever you have in your yard that you can sprint to.


Complete This Entire workout ATLEAST Twice (Once is fine if you're just starting out)
