About Us
Lost Plant Remedies began as a small YouTube channel built around a single idea: that most of what people now buy in the supplement aisle was, until very recently, made in kitchens. Bone broths. Fermented vegetables. Honey infusions. Bitter tonics. Vinegar pickles. Things our grandparents made on Sunday afternoons without thinking of them as "wellness."
Our work is to translate those traditions back into recipes a modern household can actually use — with conservative claims, real research where it exists, clear safety guidance, and a strong preference for ingredients you can buy at any US grocery store for under thirty dollars.
We are not doctors. We are not selling a cure. We are sharing a body of practical kitchen knowledge that fed and supported people for thousands of years, presented in the most useful form we can find: short videos, downloadable guides, and step-by-step protocols you can follow with a glass jar and a sharp knife.
If that approach resonates with you, you're in the right place.
