- Sea Shanty Shanti - a full 19 song theatre musical, book and lyrics, currently in development with a production company

- Breaking the Camel's Back - premiered on 31 March 2023 at Hope street Theatre, Liverpool.

- The Seance - a short play written in verse

- The Ghost Tour - a 10 minute play

- This House - a 1 minute play

- We Don't Have Much Time - a 1 minute play

- The Convoy - a short play

- Stuck in Street View - a 90 minute speculative fiction, psychological drama in 2 acts - selected for the longlist of the North East Playwriting award 2024

- The Sand Sculptures of Mauritius - a short story being developed into a script

For screen, I'm working on a cosy drama script set in Mauritius, and a detective series. More details to come.

Ghost Hunting Live and Direct

Max, a famous video presenter makes a ghost hunting episode about the legend of the White Lady, but the young videographer helping her doesn’t agree with Max’s dishonest methods.

The Seance

A desperate person sets up a seance alone to make contact with a ghost and ask for help. The ghost doesn't want to be disturbed, leaving the caller desperate for answers.

The Ghost Tour

A group of friends complain about a boring ghost tour, not realising the hidden intentions of the tour guide.

Breaking The Camel's Back

Libby is a social media influencer who inherits everything in her grandmother’s attic. She sorts through all the junk on a live stream with her followers, not expecting to find anything interesting.

The Convoy

An old photo, taken during an evacuation from a country on the edge of war, brings back two very different memories of the same experience.

Stuck in Street View

In this psychological drama, a disturbed young man living in a halfway house takes the advice of his AI therapist and returns to his traumatic childhood home using Street View but he gets stuck there. His sister desperately tries to get him out of danger before his battery dies but their relationship, sanity and reality is tested as they try to find their way home.

Sea Shanty Shanti

Sea Shanty Shanti is my full length musical theatre show currently in development with a producer.

The album Sea Shanty Shanti by Lou Jones is the original concept album which has 13 tracks telling the story of sailors on an 1840 clipper ship on the Great Tea Race from England to China, stopping for spice at Mauritius Island. There is a mix of traditional style sea shanties and other songs of the sea all sung by Mauritian artists.
