Please note that each category has its own payment and shipping policies. Rush fees will apply when expedited processing is needed. Digital work typically has the quickest turnaround time. Additionally, all shipped items will include a tracking number for your convenience.

Preferred notice of 3-4 days for digital orders and 10-14 days for some & 7-10 days for a few items. Rush orders (not digital) incur a fee. The turnaround time depends on the order.

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Our new payment processing is through Payhip, but we also accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay & Chime. Please contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

Cancellations are rarely needed, thanks to our thoughtful design process! However, if necessary: full refunds are offered within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are handled case by case. A design/labor fee will be retained – either $10 or 20% of order value, whichever applies – helping us cover costs for time invested in your custom piece. 

Please note that certain items may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be specified in the product description or invoice. In these cases, the deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled
