We have a small staff, we don’t always have our volunteer workers at hand. We receive tunes of messages, comments, & etc. If we spent my time replying to every message we would not have any time to create. It’s important we use our time & energy to create! At this time we don’t feel comfortable having anyone else speak / reply on my behalf, so we simply cannot reply to all dms, but we try my best to reply to what we see! We do monitor our email, so if it’s important, regarding an existing order, please send me an email at support@lovelymelanin.onmicrosoft.com

When available, pre-order listings are released on my website. Please be sure to read the product description. Pre-ordering usually takes about 1-3 weeks to be created depending on the items. When ordering if you would like a certain detail or something special add a note at checkout or email me (support@lovelymelanin.onmicrosoft.com) & I will do my best to accommodate! Once your order has been created for you & packaged you will receive an email with tracking info linked!

If a product / pre-order listing says sold out this means I am at my order capacity & cannot take any more orders at that time, as we create each by hand or waiting on shipment. We always post once we can offer more available.

Yes, we can. We would just have to ask you personal questions as it would be if you would go to the website. So, to save us both time especially if we have a lot of DMs it will talk time to get to you. Fastest way to put an order in would be through our website.

Currently, because of how busy our business has become we have limited ordering on accepting custom orders. If we are able to take on more custom work in the future. You will be able to see that custom ordering is available if it shows. If it doesn't check back frequently to see if it is available to buy. *Some of my product listings are slightly customizable (see individual listings for details)

Our company has multiple social media account linked on each of the store fronts of the business, and my main on our home page or partnership page. (We are aware of fake accounts impersonating, often direct messaging people. We do our best to have them taken down. I never randomly dm you, unless it is about an order you have already placed or winnings. The only way we accept orders fast is payment via my website.)
