About the developer
Lukas Ruschitzka is a award-winning composer, keyboardist, software developer and product specialist for PreSonus Studio One.
He holds a degree in jazz piano, keyboards, and composition from Mainz, Germany, and has collaborated with esteemed artists such as Janusz Maria Stefanski, Andrzej Olejniczak, Denis Gäbel, Thomas Bachmann, Leona Berlin, Branford Marsalis, Mike Stern, Hendrik Smock, Julian Camargo, Caro Trischler, Ali Neander and Jiggs Whigham.
With over a decade of experience in music software development, Lukas has made significant contributions to Studio One. His achievements include creating the MIDI editing functions in Studio One 4.5, designing features for the revamped Macro Toolbar, and enhancing composing and live performance capabilities in PreSonus Studio One 5. Notably, he developed Navigation Essentials, the first official third-party scripting add-on for Studio One.
Lukas has also composed the musicloop construction kits for PreSonus Symphonic Orchestra and crafted over 100 factory presets for PreSonus Studio One. Through his YouTube channel, he provides monthly masterclasses on workflow techniques, composition and arranging in Studio One.
Among his recent web projects are Studio One Toolbox, a free online service offering additional features for Studio One users, and Epic Online Orchestra, an educational chord sequencer and sample player.
