Hi, I’m Carla Caldwell, founder of Lumai, a movement and mindfulness sanctuary in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I’m certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates, yoga and dance, and I spent more than 20 years in business leadership before building Lumai. My motto is “Be the Light,” and it guides everything we do: helping people strengthen the body, nurture emotional balance and find a little more inner peace.

I created the Lumai Calm Reset Kit to bring a bit of that sanctuary home. It’s a set of simple tools for anxious moments, and a way to notice what sets them off. It’s practical, gentle and meant to be used, not just read.
