1. Please be patient. I’ll do my best to get to you as quickly as I can.
2. Do use your manners. I have no tolerance for abuse or being rude.
3. I'll only do commissions on my days off and when I have the free time. This means I will not be doing any commissions on Wednesdays. As that's when I have college.
4. I will only ever take work that I can do. I will not do work above my experience level or comfort zone.
5. Please don't port anything I make to other games.
6. I will not help you find the hair that you want to commission me for. Please come prepared and ready for the port you wish to commission me. This also goes for double-checking the creator's permissions and I will require proof before the commission is started.
7. Any references that use other people’s OCs will be rejected and blacklisted. Please respect private sims ports. I'm not here to give you a mod that someone told you was private. Please don't tell me that this was denied to you for whatever reason. I will just blacklist you and post your name in the blacklist. Because I don't want to help you copy someone else. For sims ports only send a link and nothing else. I don't want anyone sending me references of any character OCs for reference. Please just send me the link. I don't want to get in trouble for helping copy someone's OC.
8. I reserve the right to use my own work for my personal use.
9. My work must not be shared, copied, resold or used as a base. That will lead to a ban/blacklist. If I catch you doing that, your commission will be released to the public.
10. I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason.
11. Body mods will always use the Bibo+ model. However, if you have a body in mind please state it before I start. I will not be transferring it to your body of choice after.
12. Commissions that have already been paid for will always be done first. However, please note, I work at my own place and it can take up to two months for me to complete a commission.
13. If the TOS isn't followed I reserve the right to blacklist/block and ban you from my server. My blacklist is public and I will state the reasons why you were blacklisted. This will not be removed nor argued with. Payments
14. Payments are only taken via Paypal or Ko-fi.
15. All work must be paid before you receive your TTMP file. For custom work 50% of the final price must be paid upfront when it gets to your turn. Hair mods must be paid when I'm finished.
16. Prices are not final. They will vary depending on your commission.
17. There’s only 3 free edits before there’s an extra charge.
18. There's a privacy fee for all commissions, expect sims hair commissions! The fee is 50% of the commission price. Please look at ⁠the prices for more details.

In Case of Refunds ✧

1. Refunds are only issued before the commission is started.
2. There are no refunds once commissions have been started. But, you can cancel your commission anytime before it starts.
3. Chargebacks will lead to being blacklisted, blocked and banned.
4. All refunds must be okayed by me and please speak to me first!
