These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our online store and the permitted use of our digital products.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

2. Our Digital Products

Our products may include:

  • Digital marketing guides and ebooks.
  • AI toolkits, prompt libraries and workflow resources.
  • Marketing strategy and planning templates.
  • Educational workbooks and related downloadable materials.

Products are provided in the digital formats described on their respective product pages, which may include PDF or other electronic files.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to describe each product accurately, including its intended purpose, content and relevant technical requirements.

Customers should review the product description before purchasing to ensure that the resource meets their needs.

We may update product descriptions, discontinue products or release revised editions.

A purchase includes the product and version described at the time of purchase. Future editions, new products and additional resources are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be handled according to the relevant tax rules and checkout configuration.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our store, including Stripe where enabled.

An order is normally confirmed after successful payment authorisation and processing.

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, access to the purchased product may not be provided until payment is successfully processed.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment, using the download or access method provided through Payhip.

Customers may receive access through the purchase confirmation page, an email containing download information, or another delivery method stated during checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate.

If you experience difficulties accessing your purchase, contact us at info@mydigitalstory.net with your order details.

We will investigate reasonable delivery and access issues and provide appropriate assistance.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

Unless a product page expressly provides a different licence, purchasing a digital product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for their own personal or internal professional purposes.

For example, an individual marketing consultant may use the purchased prompts, checklists and frameworks while preparing work for clients.

An in-house marketing professional may use the purchased resources in their own work for their organisation.

The purchaser may adapt practical outputs generated through the use of the resources, such as marketing plans, content calendars and analyses, for their own legitimate business activities.

However, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Uses

Unless we provide prior written permission, purchasers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or publicly share the digital product, in whole or in substantial part.
  • Upload the original files to public repositories, shared libraries or file-sharing platforms.
  • Offer the purchased product as their own ebook, toolkit, course, template pack or other digital product.
  • Provide copies of the source materials to third parties as standalone resources.
  • Remove ownership notices or misrepresent the authorship of the materials.

For company-wide distribution, agency-wide redistribution, educational resale or other licensing arrangements beyond the permitted use above, please contact us.

8. Intellectual Property

The original written content, structure, original frameworks, product design and other protectable materials are owned by MDS Growth Advisory Ltd or used under appropriate licences.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, software platforms and AI tools mentioned in our products remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party tools do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an official partnership unless expressly stated.

9. AI Tools and Third-Party Services

Some of our products explain or recommend the use of third-party AI, advertising, analytics, design and marketing platforms.

These services may change their pricing, features, policies, technical capabilities or availability.

Purchasing our resources does not include a subscription, licence or access entitlement to any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for reviewing the relevant providers' terms, privacy practices and usage restrictions.

AI-generated outputs should be reviewed for factual accuracy, legality, privacy, intellectual property compliance and suitability before professional use.

10. Educational Purpose and Professional Responsibility

Our digital resources are intended for educational and practical marketing purposes.

They do not guarantee specific sales, advertising performance, rankings, financial results or other business outcomes.

Results depend on circumstances including market conditions, implementation, budget, business operations and professional judgement.

Customers remain responsible for evaluating the suitability of the resources for their particular situation and complying with applicable professional and legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who purchase online may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once supply begins, provided that all applicable legal requirements have been met.

These requirements generally include the consumer's prior express consent to supply beginning during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation.

The right of withdrawal is not automatically lost merely because a product is digital or an order has been paid for.

Where the statutory right remains available, consumers may exercise it in accordance with applicable law.

Please refer to our separate Refund & Withdrawal Policy for further information on the process, available remedies and how to submit a request.

12. Refunds and Product Issues

Requests involving refunds, cancellation, inability to access a purchased product or non-conforming digital content will be assessed under our Refund & Withdrawal Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

If a digital product is defective, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract, customers retain any statutory rights and remedies available to them.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer protection rights.

13. Product Updates

We may make corrections, improvements or updates to digital products from time to time.

Unless the product description expressly promises ongoing updates, a purchase does not automatically include every future edition or separately sold version.

Where applicable law requires updates or remedies for a lack of conformity, those obligations remain unaffected.

14. Responsibility and Liability

We take reasonable care in creating and delivering our digital products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from customers' decisions to implement recommendations without appropriate independent assessment, or from changes to third-party tools outside our control.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.

15. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data provided when making a purchase or contacting us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our store uses third-party providers, including Payhip and connected payment services, to support its operation.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business operations or legal requirements.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.

Updated Terms will be made available on this page.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer's country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
