I’m Kathryn Newey — creator, author, marketer, ex-teacher and lifelong spiritual seeker. After years of searching and contemplation, I've come to understand I'm here to support you in expanding your consciousness, raising your vibration, and reconnecting with your true self, others, nature, and the Universe.

My journey has taken me across continents and careers, through learning, teaching, creating, and deep self-exploration. Every step has shaped my mission: to help others awaken and align with their purpose, without the overwhelm.

Expanding Experiences

Over the years, I’ve taught everyone from toddlers to seniors, and worked in roles from tutor and lecturer to writer, researcher, marketer, health advocate, and poet.

What connects all these paths is my love for sharing wisdom and helping others live with more clarity, confidence, and heart.

Adapting to Adversity

Like many, I’ve navigated my share of challenges - including childhood neglect, emotional struggles, and years of trying to understand where I fit in. These experiences were difficult, but I now know these were my 'teachers', providing the soil from which empathy, insight, and spiritual growth could grow.

Forgiveness and healing weren’t instant, but over time, I found strength in self-awareness, emotional honesty, and inner work. I tried traditional therapy but found it didn't work for me, and it was through spiritual concepts and tools that things finally clicked.

Beyond the Believable

I’ve always been drawn to what lies beyond the obvious — astrology, tarot, numerology, energy, intuition, manifestation, and the deeper truths of life. These topics helped me reconnect with something bigger, and they continue to guide me.

I find true peace and meaning in nature, animals, and the quiet, miraculous beauty of the universe — all of which inspire my daily life and how I show up in my work.
