Thank you for considering purchasing from Making You Happen. Please read this policy carefully before buying.
Digital products - all sales are final
All items sold in this store are digital downloads (PDFs, audio files, spreadsheets, courses or other electronically delivered content).
No physical items will be shipped, unless stated otherwise.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, purchases are non-refundable once purchased and access has been provided.
This applies to (but isn’t limited to):
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Buying the wrong product or purchasing by mistake
- Not having time to use the product
- Expecting a different style or level of depth
- Compatibility issues with your device, software, printer, or internet connection
- Lack of technical confidence in using PDFs, audio, spreadsheets, or digital tools
Exceptions - where a guarantee is clearly offered
On a small number of products (usually bundles or longer programmes/courses), I may offer a 7-day guarantee or a feel-better / risk-free guarantee.
If a product includes a guarantee, it will be clearly stated on that product page, including:
- the time window (for example, 7 days)
- any simple steps required (for example, submitting a request by email)
Where a guarantee is stated, that guarantee overrides this general no-refunds policy for that specific product only.

Fraud prevention and chargebacks
Fraudulent activity, false claims, or unauthorised chargebacks are taken seriously and may be challenged with proof of delivery and access.
