Welcome to Malu Sound Lab , a South African-based brand providing digital sound kits, loops, and MIDI files for music producers.
We take pride in delivering high-quality content to help you create without limits.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Only
All Malu Sound Lab products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.
Because these files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or not as described on the product page.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

2. No Refunds for Certain Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The product was purchased by mistake.
- You do not have compatible software or hardware.
- You shared, resold, or redistributed our products.
- Files were successfully downloaded and accessed.
Each product includes details about format and compatibility — please review them carefully before purchasing.
3. File Issues or Download Problems
If your download link is broken, files are missing, or something doesn’t work as expected, contact us immediately.
We’ll ensure you receive working files as soon as possible.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud
We take digital fraud seriously.
If a chargeback is submitted after a successful download, Malu Sound Lab reserves the right to dispute it with proof of delivery and access logs.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, please contact our support team.
6. Legal & Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
