Welcome to Malu Sound Lab. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from this store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL USE

Malu Sound Lab provides digital sound kits, loops, and MIDI packs for music producers.

All products are licensed to you, not sold. By using this website, you confirm you are of legal age or have parental consent.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased sounds in your personal or commercial music.
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute any of our sounds, even if modified.
• Our sounds must be used within a full musical composition, not as individual samples.

If a track using our samples reaches major label release or significant streaming success (over 1M streams), you must contact us for clearance and fair credit arrangements.

3. FREE PRODUCTS

Free kits may include specific usage rules stated in their descriptions.

Unless stated otherwise, free kits require 50/50 publishing splits if used in released music.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• All payments are processed securely through Payhip’s system.
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
• Refunds are only issued if files are broken or incomplete.

5. PRICING AND CHANGES

Prices and product details may change without prior notice.

Malu Sound Lab reserves the right to update, replace, or remove products at any time.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues, data loss, or third-party payment errors.
• Any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our products.

Use our products at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes will be resolved under South African legal jurisdiction.
