Digital Product Refund Policy

The Marine Electrician & ETO Troubleshooting Toolkit is a downloadable digital product. Because customers receive access to digital content after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• You experienced a technical problem that prevented you from accessing or downloading the product and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved.

• The digital product you received is materially different from the product described at the time of purchase.

Refund requests should include the purchaser’s name, order information, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, reproduction for distribution, or uploading of the toolkit does not qualify for a refund and may violate the Terms & Conditions.
