1. Digital Product License

The Marine Electrician & ETO Troubleshooting Toolkit is a digital product created and copyrighted by Delmar Morris. Purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional reference use.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

© 2026 Delmar Morris. All rights reserved. The toolkit, including its original text, layouts, diagnostic flowcharts, field forms, templates, checklists, troubleshooting guides, and other original materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

3. Permitted Use

The purchaser may download and use the toolkit for their own professional reference, troubleshooting preparation, training, maintenance planning, and field activities. Forms and templates may be completed, printed, or reproduced as reasonably necessary for the purchaser’s own work.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, or commercially exploit the toolkit or substantial portions of it without prior written permission from Delmar Morris. You may not claim the toolkit or its original content as your own.

5. Technical & Safety Disclaimer

This toolkit is provided for educational and professional reference purposes. It does not replace vessel-specific manuals, approved procedures, risk assessments, permits, lockout/tagout procedures, class requirements, flag-state requirements, company procedures, manufacturer instructions, or applicable laws and regulations.

Electrical and marine work can involve serious hazards. Users are responsible for verifying information against the equipment manufacturer’s documentation and applicable procedures before performing work.

6. Professional Judgment

The toolkit is intended to support—not replace—the judgment of appropriately trained and authorized personnel. Actual equipment configurations, operating conditions, faults, voltages, protection systems, and safety requirements may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delmar Morris shall not be liable for losses, equipment damage, operational interruption, injury, or other damages resulting from reliance on or misuse of this toolkit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Digital Product Purchases

Because this is a downloadable digital product, refund and cancellation rights are subject to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase and any rights required by applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Updates

The toolkit may be revised or updated periodically. Purchase of one version does not automatically guarantee access to future versions unless expressly stated.
