Commissions

You must be 16 or older to commission Marzvr
You must provide us with reference material to be considered for a commission slot
The design of the avatar provided must be owned by you
Sending me files of assets you want are strictly prohibited, and will get your commission provoked as this is considered leaking.
I hold the right to deny anyone of a commission for any reason.
I hold the right for ID age confirmation if I suspect the commissioner to be under 16 years old.

Avatars

No Refunds or Chargebacks, under any circumstances.
dont share package around
dont edit to the point of unrecognizability
dont upload publicly
dont sell my avatar's as your own
dont price split
dont give the package of my avatar to anyone else to upload
no asset mining. Please buy the assets from their respective creators
dont make my model's NSFW or use it for NSFW purposes.
using my work to promote hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, pedophilia, zoophilia, etc. will get you banned from using my work. That behavior is not welcome here.

Payment

PayPal and Tip Jar only.
If its a regular commission, I require a 65% down payment. After your commission, you'll have 14 days to pay the rest or I will change the avatar to my liking and sell it.
If its a chibi commission, I require the price to be paid in full as I cannot resell mini avatars.
Wishlist items wont be accepted as a form of payment.

Uploads are not offered. Please have unity knowledge before purchasing.
Making my work NSFW or using it for NSFW purposes is strictly prohibited. I will not be making anything NFSW. If you use my work for NSFW, this will get you banned from purchasing from me. Period.
I cannot offer refunds on digital products.
