Who can buy
Products are currently sold only to buyers in the United Kingdom. Checkout is unavailable from other countries. Prices are in GBP and are the full price you pay. No VAT is charged.
Digital downloads and your right to cancel
All products are digital downloads, delivered as soon as payment is made. UK consumer law usually gives you 14 days to cancel. For digital content, you lose that right once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose it. You'll be asked to confirm this at checkout, and the confirmation is repeated in your order email.
Faulty or not as described
This doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described. Email megan@msaestheticsuk.com with your order number and we'll fix the problem, replace the file or refund you.
