What we collect

- Your order details: what you bought, price, date and order number
- Your billing country, plus any other details the checkout asks for (we currently sell only to buyers in the United Kingdom)
- Whether you've agreed to marketing emails, if you've chosen to
We don't receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled by the payment providers listed below.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To deliver your purchase, send order emails and help with any problems. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To send marketing emails about our other products and offers. Lawful basis: consent. We do this only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Payhip, which runs this store, delivers your downloads and sends order emails. It acts as our processor.
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and Stripe, Inc.) processes your card payment and runs fraud checks. Stripe acts as a separate controller for its own legal and fraud-prevention duties: see stripe.com/gb/privacy.
- Our accountant or HMRC, where needed for tax and accounting.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to.
- Marketing details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we keep a record so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data
- have it corrected or erased
- restrict or object to how we use it
- data portability
- withdraw consent for marketing at any time
