Hey! My name is Melissa and I am a certified nutritionist who helps people feel stronger, leaner, and more confident in their bodies while having a positive relationship with food. I won't make you give up sugar or your favorite foods. I won't tell you there are magical fat loss foods (because there isn't!) What I will do is show you how you can create delicious and simple meals to fit your busy lifestyle. I am someone who loves food, but doesn't have a lot of time to cook or have the desire to cook (hello Doordash), so realistic and sustainable nutrition is my motto and what I teach clients so you can fid a nutrition plan that works for you- your lifestyle, your preferences, your body.
