About Me

I work with owner-managed businesses at different stages — from early ideas through to established businesses that have become harder to run than they should be.

Often nothing is fundamentally wrong, but margins are tighter, operations are more complex, and more of the business is relying on the owner.

My focus is practical, hands-on support. Not theory or generic advice, but helping make sense of what’s actually happening and what needs attention.

This can take a number of forms depending on the business:

  • short, structured sessions to bring clarity to an idea or early-stage business
  • business reviews to identify where pressure is building and what needs to change
  • ongoing support on a fractional basis, working alongside the business to improve how it operates day to day

In many cases, this starts with a focused piece of work before moving into more ongoing support where needed.

Alongside this, I’ve developed a set of practical tools designed to help business owners step back, understand their position, and make more informed decisions.

The aim is always the same — to make the business easier to run, not more complicated.
