All services are provided on a best-efforts basis using professional experience and judgement.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via:

• Payhip
• PayPal

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. Digital products (downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final
• No refunds are provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed

If you experience a technical issue, please get in touch and we will assist.

6. £295 Business Plan & Clarity Session

Booking

Once purchased, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time.

You may be asked to provide information in advance to prepare for the session.

Cancellations / rescheduling

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are not typically provided once the service has been delivered.

If you are unable to attend and provide reasonable notice, rescheduling will be offered.

7. Business Pressure Review (£750+)

This service is:

• Scoped individually
• Agreed in advance
• Delivered based on the agreed scope

No work will begin without agreement on scope and cost.

Separate terms may be agreed for ongoing or extended work.

8. No guarantees and outcomes

All services and products are provided in good faith and with professional judgement. However:

• No guarantees are given regarding specific outcomes or results
• No guarantee is made that your business performance, profitability, or position will improve
• Any examples, insights or recommendations are illustrative and not assurances of success

All business decisions and their outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.

9. No financial advice or regulated activity

The services and products provided:

• Do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or regulated business advice
• Are provided for general business support and guidance purposes only
