Miyagi Ways
I am an educator, coach, writer, and lifelong student of people, ideas, and the way we choose to live.
For more than a decade, I have worked in education, sport, and personal development. My interests extend beyond the classroom and sports field into philosophy, psychology, faith, leadership, intentional living, and the search for a simpler and more meaningful life.
My books explore the questions that often sit beneath everyday life: What is enough? What makes a life meaningful? How should we use our time, money, freedom, and talents? What can we learn from faith, philosophy, nature, and the people we meet along the way?
My work draws inspiration from Biblical wisdom, Stoic philosophy, Japanese concepts of simplicity and contentment, and the ordinary experiences that often teach us the most.
A Note About My Work
I believe in being completely transparent about the way my books and digital content are created.
All of the written and visual content I publish is created using AI. However, the ideas, concepts, themes, questions, creative direction, and inspiration behind the work originate with me. I use AI as a creative tool to transform those original ideas into books, stories, reflections, designs, and other digital works.
In other words, AI is the tool I use to create the work, but the inspiration and creative vision behind the work are my own.
My aim is not simply to produce content, but to explore ideas that encourage people to slow down, think deeply, question the way they live, and perhaps discover that a good life is not necessarily a bigger lifeābut a more intentional one.
Thank you for supporting my work and joining me on the journey.
