All deliveries will be made within a 20-mile radius. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your delivery throughout the process.

If you choose delivery, please be ready to receive your order upon arrival. If I encounter unsafe conditions during your delivery, a refund will be issued.

To facilitate a smooth delivery, please ensure that your pets are secured, the house is well-lit, and that there is a recognizable marker or sign on your property to help me locate you. After your delivery, I will send you a picture of the product to confirm that it has been dropped off. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

Thank you for your understanding. You will be contacted with the estimated delivery time, and I will reach out to you if there are any delays.

When you place your order, please contact us soon after to discuss the pickup location. When contacted, I will send you a time to meet. All pickups will be early morning. Please ensure the pickup location is safe—let's think of a well-lit parking lot. Pickup locations have to be within a 20-mile radius. I will have to confirm the proposed pickup location before anything is finalized.

* Pickup and deliveries will be dropped off the following day the order was placed. For example, if you order a dozen cookies on Tuesday, you will receive your order on Wednesday morning.

*All cookies will be made the night before the pickup, or delivery.

*There will be no delivery or pick-up on Sundays.

*If you would like to have your cookies on Monday, please order your cookies on Friday before orders close and contact me to let me know you do not want to receive your cookies on Saturday but Monday!
