Welcome to Movement Lab. I'm so glad you're here.


My name is Tom, and after a decade in Sydney, Australia – I am currently based in Bali, exploring life in a different, slower environment (and loving it!).

With a background in Strength & conditioning, Personal Training, and Pilates at leading studios across Sydney, my main focus nowadays is in Pilates-style, strength-based movement and nervous system regulation.

I believe that movement should never be a punishment; rather a practice that nourishes our mind just as much as our body. There's no better feeling than finishing a class feeling fresh, glowing, and energised!


Rooted in Pilates and strength principles, Movement Lab is about regulating your nervous system and nourishing your body through breath and intentional movement.
