Paper Patterns

Paper patterns can be returned if they’re unopened and in their original condition.

Please note: If you add the free accompanying PDF to your order, the paper pattern becomes non-returnable.

Fabrics

All fabrics are cut to order, so they’re non-returnable.

Haberdashery & Other Products

Most haberdashery and accessories can be returned as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Items that are cut or made to order are final sale.

How to Request a Return

Email us at tash@nhpatterns.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the steps. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
