Hi I'm KC! NSDS Fitness stands for Never Stop Don't Settle. I created this fitness brand to help people because fitness helped me and saves me every day. My dream is for everyone to be positively impacted by fitness in some one at some point in their life.

Working out is my therapy and one of my happy places where I can get away from the world.

I am also a believer of Jesus Christ the son of God. I know I only have come this far because of his grace. So, I try my best to take care of the body God gave me.
