Naumio Supply sells digital products and downloads. This policy applies to each product purchased from the Naumio Supply store, including software tools, printable files, media bundles, diagnostic packs, and any bundle that contains them.

Please review the exact product page, included files, license, browser and device requirements, exclusions, and FAQs before purchasing. The product page and supplied license control the scope of that specific purchase. Contact Naumio Supply through the Payhip Contact page if you have a question before checkout.

• Receipt and download-link recovery.

• Access to the files included on the purchased product page.

• Basic help opening the supplied archives or documents.

• A reproducible defect that prevents a documented current-version core function from working in a supported current browser.

• Correction of a duplicate charge.

When contacting support, include the email used for the order and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, workflow JSON, credentials, private client data, production credentials, or unnecessary personal data.

We will first try to restore access or provide a corrected file. If Naumio Supply cannot deliver the digital product described on the sales page, we will issue a refund through the original payment route.

We do not offer routine refunds for change of mind after successful file access or download. Support and refunds do not cover custom setup, customization, implementation, design or copywriting services, managed hosting, lost local browser data, unsupported environments or file formats, or requests for bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, banking, payment-processing, compliance, sales, reach, revenue, compatibility, or business-result guarantees.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Nothing on this page is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
