These terms apply to each digital product or bundle purchased from Naumio Supply. The exact product page, included files, supplied README or buyer guide, and supplied license define the scope of that purchase.

The product is sold for the displayed one-time price plus any tax Payhip is required to add at checkout. A successful payment provides access through Payhip and the connected payment processor. Digital delivery is subject to their account, receipt, and download systems.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Naumio Supply source materials. The buyer may use the purchased files only within the license supplied with that product. Unless that license expressly says otherwise, the purchase does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, give away, share access outside the licensed person or organization, or use the source files to create a substantially similar competing product.

If a product page and its supplied license differ, contact Naumio Supply before use. A bundle does not combine or broaden the separate licenses of its included products.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Reviewing all outputs, settings, totals, dates, workflow findings, labels, and final files before use.

• Keeping suitable backups of local browser data and downloaded files.

• Using the product only with lawful, authorized, and appropriately sanitized information.

• Keeping passwords, payment-card information, credentials, private client data, production secrets, and other sensitive material out of support messages.

• Determining whether the product is appropriate for the buyer’s own workflow, environment, and jurisdiction.

Unless a product page expressly includes it, Naumio Supply digital products do not provide custom setup, customization, implementation, migration, deployment, activation, monitoring, managed hosting, cloud sync, CRM features, automatic outreach, payment collection, electronic signatures, or professional bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, banking, security, compliance, or financial advice.

A diagnostic label, generated file, report, template, or local tool output is not a guarantee of accuracy, compatibility, safety, security, production readiness, reach, sales, revenue, or any other business result. The exact product page may state additional exclusions.

Support and refunds follow the separate Digital Product Support and Refund Policy linked at checkout. That policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Checkout, payment, account access, receipts, and downloads are provided through Payhip and the connected payment processor, and may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
