These terms apply to the Naumio Small Business Launch Bundle and the Relay Studio and Invoice PDF Lite products included in it.
The bundle is sold for the displayed one-time price plus any tax Payhip is required to add at checkout. A successful payment provides access through the buyer's Payhip account. Each included product keeps its own README and license.
Purchasing the bundle does not transfer ownership of Naumio Supply source materials. The buyer may use each product only within the license supplied with that product. The bundle does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, give away, or use the source files to create a substantially similar competing product.
Relay Studio may be used for the buyer's own practice, internal team, and permitted client work within its supplied license. Invoice PDF Lite is licensed for the buyer's own business operations. The two licenses remain separate.
The buyer is responsible for:
• Reviewing invoice numbers, totals, tax treatment, business details, backups, and final PDFs before use.
• Keeping suitable backups of local browser data and downloaded files.
• Using the products only with lawful, authorized information.
• Determining whether the tools are appropriate for the buyer's own workflow and jurisdiction.
The products do not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, banking, payment-processing, or compliance advice. They do not include cloud sync, managed hosting, CRM features, automatic client outreach, payment collection, electronic signatures, custom implementation, or guaranteed compatibility with every browser or device. No sales, reach, revenue, accuracy, compatibility, or business result is guaranteed.
Support and refunds follow the separate Digital Product Support and Refund Policy linked at checkout. That policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Checkout, payment, account access, receipts, and downloads are provided through Payhip and the connected payment processor, and may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
