I’m Darren de Jong; I started lifting with one goal when I was 17. to take control of my body and transform my life through discipline, consistency, and smart training. For my personal image as well as becoming a good wrester. After years of trial, error, and helping others achieve results, I’ve built programs that actually work, no fluff, no shortcuts.
I created these guides to help anyone, from beginners to experienced lifters, see real progress in strength, muscle, and confidence. "The first step to any success is a plan." Every one of these plans is built from proven gym experience and backed by proper nutrition, structured recovery, and realistic results.
