What payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept payments through PayPal and credit/debit cards (processed via PayPal).

Can I pay via bank transfer or deposit?

Yes! If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact me at nushutaller@gmail.com with the product you want to purchase. I will provide you with the bank details, and once the payment is received, I will manually process your order and send you the download link for your purchase.

📌 How do digital downloads work?

How will I receive my digital files?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page. You will also receive an email with a download link.

Can I access my files later?

Yes! You can re-download your files anytime from the link in your confirmation email. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, feel free to contact me.

📌 Can I sell what I weave using your patterns?

Yes! You are welcome to sell finished woven pieces created using my patterns, as long as they are handmade by you. However, mass production and factory reproduction are not allowed. I’d love it if you could credit “Nushu Textiles” as the pattern source when sharing your work online!

What am I NOT allowed to do with the digital downloads?

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files.
• Modifying the files and selling them as your own.
• Using the files for commercial pattern production.

📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Since all products are digital downloads, I do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to help!
