About Me

Grief shows up in many ways. Sometimes it’s the loss of a person, and sometimes it’s a major life change, an ending you didn’t expect, or the sense that life looks different than it used to. I believe we deserve to approach all these forms of grief with more honesty and support than our western culture often provides. My work is about helping people move through these moments with steadiness, understanding, and a feeling of choice.

My own journey through sobriety, loss, and healing taught me how important it is to have someone who can sit with you without judgment. That experience shapes the way I show up, calm, compassionate, and practical. I also find a lot of grounding in nature; the forests and ocean here remind me every day that change is part of being human.

My volunteer work with Home Hospice Association reinforces my commitment to community care and making sure people don’t feel alone during difficult times. All of this guides my work as a grief coach: helping people find comfort, clarity, and a path forward that feels right for them.
