Off Beat Therapy exists to provide counselling to those who feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in traditional therapy spaces.

I'm Josiah, a counsellor with over fifteen years experience of delivering trans awareness workshops. I work predominantly with the trans community, specialising in 'later life' trans identity. I work with themes of ageing, loneliness, parenting, and the themes of middle/older age with a trans perspective.
