Products sold by Official Papers by SteVall LLC are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because customers receive immediate access to digital files that cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once a purchase is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the product description and technical requirements carefully before purchasing. Customers are responsible for having a compatible device and PDF reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for fillable PDF products.

If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, contact us within seven calendar days of purchase using the support email shown on your receipt or the Contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide a replacement file. If we cannot resolve a verified technical issue, a refund may be issued.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, changes of mind, failure to use the product, lack of compatible software or equipment, or dissatisfaction based on results that were not promised in the product description.
