AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, or using a digital product from Official Papers by SteVall LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

LICENSE

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, single-user license to use the product within your own notary business. You may complete the fillable fields electronically and print reasonable copies for your own internal business use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property to you.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not share, sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, reproduce, upload, post, publish, or otherwise make the product available to another person or business.

You may not remove copyright or trademark notices; claim the product as your own; modify, rebrand, or create a competing product from it; or use any portion of it for resale, training materials, templates, courses, memberships, or other commercial distribution without prior written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SteVall Decision Matrix™, SteVall Business Tools™, written content, worksheets, scoring methods, graphics, branding, and associated materials are owned by Official Papers by SteVall LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

EDUCATIONAL AND BUSINESS-PLANNING PURPOSES

Products are provided for educational and business-planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional compliance advice.

Notarial laws, authorized duties, identification requirements, and permissible fees vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for following the laws, rules, and official guidance applicable to your commission and business.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Official Papers by SteVall LLC does not guarantee income, profitability, bookings, business growth, or any particular result. You remain responsible for evaluating assignments and making your own business decisions.

You are responsible for using a compatible device and PDF reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for fillable PDF products. We cannot guarantee that every feature will function identically in every browser or third-party PDF application.

REFUNDS

All purchases are subject to the separately posted Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Official Papers by SteVall LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the purchase or use of a product. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
