The Deficit Girl was created for women who want to feel healthier, stronger, and more confident without feeling like they have to completely change who they are.

We believe getting healthy shouldn’t mean starving yourself, giving up every food you love, or following unrealistic diets. It’s about learning how to create healthier habits that actually fit into your everyday life.

The Deficit Girl collection was created to make that journey easier—with practical tools for meal planning, tracking progress, staying consistent, managing cravings, and building a healthier relationship with food.

No extremes. No perfection. Just progress.

Make it happen

Hi, I’m the woman behind The Deficit Girl. ❤️

I’m a mother of two who decided it was time to start putting my health and myself back on the priority list.

Like so many women, I’ve had seasons where taking care of everyone else came before taking care of me. Eventually, I realized that I wanted to feel better—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

So I started my own journey with working out, making healthier food choices, and learning more about nutrition and calorie deficits
