Where are my files?

After completing a purchase, use the Payhip download page or the download link in your purchase receipt. Check spam or junk folders if the receipt is missing. If you still need help, use the store Contact page with your order reference.

Start with the guide

Save the ZIP, extract its contents and read START_HERE.txt. For an HTML app, read QUICK_START.html before opening the app. Review the fictional example, then start a blank record for your own work.

Printable and fillable PDFs

Choose the format named in the listing: US Letter print, A4 print or fillable US Letter. These formats contain the same worksheets. Print at 100% on matching paper, or type into a compatible PDF reader, save a private copy and reopen it to check entries. PDF form support varies by viewer; calculations are manual.

Offline HTML apps

Open the extracted HTML file in a desktop browser. Browser storage varies and may not be available. Moving the HTML file, changing browsers or using private browsing can separate or erase saved data. Export JSON regularly and before reset or import. Store exports privately; they are not encrypted.

What does early access mean?

The supplied app can be used now, but full real-browser and device compatibility testing is incomplete. Read the specific limits on the product page. Future features, device support and release dates are not promised.

Do these tools connect to other services?

The current offline apps are local planning and recordkeeping tools. They do not publish social content, scan or back up actual files, or provide a cloud scheduling service. Focus Sprint has no sound alarm or guaranteed background alert. Read each listing for its exact scope.

What does the collection include?

The Home Planning Collection includes Moving & Home Setup, Home Inventory & Warranty, Home Project Budget, Room Refresh Planner and Rental Turnover Records. These are the same five packs sold separately. Other products are separate purchases.

Need support?

Use the seller contact details on your purchase receipt or the store Contact page. Include the product/version, order reference, browser or PDF reader, what you tried and the exact error. Remove private project details from examples and screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes, card details or complete financial records.
