Product use

The supplied license allows your own personal, household or internal business use. You may create completed records for your own work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the supplied blank files, app source, templates or customer packages. The license included with your download governs its permitted use.

Digital delivery and compatibility

Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Review the listing for formats, version and requirements before purchase. PDF form support varies by viewer. Offline HTML apps are intended for a desktop browser, and early-access listings identify incomplete browser and device testing.

Conditional 14-day refund policy

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the supplied files are inaccessible, damaged or materially different from the listing. Use your receipt's seller contact details or the store Contact page with the product name and order reference. If the problem cannot be resolved, request a refund. Include the exact error and what you tried, with private details removed. This policy does not reduce rights required by applicable law.

Scope of the resources

These products support planning and recordkeeping. They are not contracts, professional advice, inspections, certification or payment authorization. Verify source information and obtain any required professional review before relying on a record for consequential decisions.

Backups and private information

Keep actual agreements, receipts and other source documents separately. Save private copies of completed PDFs. Export app JSON backups regularly and before reset or import. Browser data and exports are not encrypted. Do not share your customer download link.
