Caeser Salad with Almond Parm!

I am always proud when I create a sauce that uses 'other' ingredients and not always nuts! This sauce is just that!

You heard this right, Caesar Salad made from corn, and other goodness that makes it a light and flavourful sauce, the capers adds the perfect amount of fishy (?) flavour that caesar dressing is known for. Dip it with crackers, or pour it on top of your favourite greens. I also added some to tacos :)

And the Vegan Parm! This recipe is in my cookbook and it is a game changer. Add this parm to literally everything. Spice up your vegan eggs, avocado toast, mac and cheese, buddha bowls, nachos- it's endless.
