Please note that if you order a realistic portrait commission, you must provide a "High-Quality" reference picture, as shown in the pictures down below. If you do not provide a picture of such quality, fees will apply.

FAQs

- A HQ ref. picture is a picture of the person you want to have portrayed in the right pose and clear enough so I can zoom in and capture the details.
- If a picture of the exact pose/lighting you wish to have in the portrait does not exist ( i.e: I have to make up a portrait pose like a puzzle based on different pictures and/or make the lighting up: for example, from a nighttime picture to a sunlit portrait painting and vice versa ), fees will apply and the price of the commission will grow.

- As for references concerning a creation ( i.e: Character Design, Fanart based on existing characters, what you have in mind that is NOT realistic ect...)β¦
- While you still have to provide a good quality picture, it does not have to be HQ nor the exact pose and lighting as it will be stylized and modified.
- The pictures are then really only inspiration references and for me to get to know the character and its Universe, your visionβ¦

- A GOOD picture: original picture taken by a decent quality smartphone camera or camera, min. 150dpi scans of a printed picture, internet-sourced picture ( if you can zoom in and not have big pixels very quickly, that's good !)

- A BAD picture: Facebook pictures old and unclear, smartphones screen captures, dim light pictures and social media pictures, small sized pictures ( i.e: get pixelized ( "blurry" when you zoom in on your phone ), not accurate pose and/or light compared to what you want on your painting...
