• Prices may vary based on the demand and the references provided.

• I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission/enquiry/work.

• The typical time frame for the creation of a piece is between 7 days to 2 months, depending on factors such as the medium used, the complexity of the piece, the time of year (some periods are of course more hectic than others), my health, etc...

• Depending on the terms we will agree upon and the type of commission you order, you will either receive physical product + web-friendly version or a digital full-resolution + web-friendly image.

• Currencies accepted are: USD ( US Dollars $), EUR ( Euros € ), GBP ( British Pounds £ ) and Bitcoin ( ₿ ), AUD (Australian Dollar $ ) - Please, just ask me whether I am able to accept your local currency, I can accept quite a number of currencies, thanks to Wise and suchlike - 

• Payments can be made through Revolut, Wise ( it's just like a regular national bank transfer but it is if you are outside the UK or EEA / SEPA ), Hand Cash and Bank transfer ( only for British and French customers )

• Payments can either be made 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval, or 50% upfront and 50% before I send the finished work.

• Do not send any payments before we have agreed, that I expressively agreed and requested a payment and that I have given you a work slot/time frame.

• Included with your price, you get to change and modify the sketch 3 times. The definitive composition 2 times. The color composition 2 times.

• A fee will be added at any modification made on top of the set number allowed ( detailed above ). The amount charged will depend on the stage the piece is at, and based on an hourly wage. Unless it appears a misunderstanding happened.

• If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge. Please refer to the “Reference picture policy” section for more details.

• Once I started working on the commission, the commissioner is not allowed a refund.

• If I am unable to start working on your commission, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund of the money you have already put forward.

• You can only get a refund to a cancellation if you cancel before I started working on your commission.

• If you are getting a refund, and using Paypal, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• Whatever the platform used to process the payment, do not request a "chargeback" equivalent. I will refund and send the money amount back to you myself.

• If you request a Paypal, or any chargeback equivalent on other platforms when you were not entitled to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will then have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal or any platforms with the conversations in which we'll have talked about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

I, PaowHer (the artist):

• Reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time and for any reason.

• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork if it is based on existing characters/art or the commissioner's ideas/characters.

• Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork ( i.e sell prints or merchandise ) unless you (the customer) break any of the terms or if a specific agreement has been reached between you and me.

• Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You ( the customer ) :

• Can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media, ALWAYS giving credits and tagging, when possible, the artist ( PaowHer, me).

• CAN NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork in any way shape or form ( i.e: reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services (Print On Demand), making prints, etc...).

• CAN NOT alter the commissioned artwork in any way. And cannot alter the commissioned artwork in any way and claim it as your own. Unless expressively agreed with the artist (PaowHer, me).

• Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) (i.e: the characters pictured if you created them if it is a portrait of you or of someone you are offering it to etc...).

• CAN NOT use the commissioned artwork in and for ANY commercial ways or purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

• The reproduction/use of the copyrighted artwork commercially - meaning the making of any kind of profit of any amount.

• The claim of the artwork as your own.

• The alteration of the artwork without my express consent. 

In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased (this usually falls under the "WORK WITH ME" section, which I'd invite you to check out, as it is not for private use).

Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot issue refunds of any kind.

If a problem should arise during your purchase or afterward, I invite you to contact me ASAP and we will work together to fix or help the potential issue or come to a satisfactory solution. 

On non-commissioned Original Paintings and Drawings, I cannot offer any refunds based on personal tastes ( I.e: the drawing or paintings aren’t exactly what the customers desired them to be ) as these types of creations are not made to order ( I.e = different from Commissions ).

The only refunds available for these products are partial refunds up to 40% of the paid price IF the items arrive very badly damaged and are unusable. 

The postal services-related issues ( lost items, damaged goods, etc…) are NOT in any case related to me and are completely out of my responsibility and field of influence.

 If a problem can be verified and proven and the customer gets in touch with me, we can work out a solution as satisfactory to both parties as possible.
