These terms apply to Pet Care Business Command Center, a digital spreadsheet template sold by 合同会社ねこのてワークス (Nekonote Works LLC), Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

No physical item is supplied. Access is delivered electronically after confirmed payment through the download page linked in the buyer’s Payhip email receipt.

LICENCE

One purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the files for internal operations in one pet care business and to make reasonable private backup copies.

NOT PERMITTED

The files or modified versions may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded for public access, shared with another business, given away, used as a template for a competing product for sale, or represented as the buyer’s original product.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

The buyer is responsible for using secure access settings, limiting personal data collection, verifying care and emergency instructions, reviewing formulas after structural edits, maintaining backups, and checking local legal, tax, licensing, insurance and recordkeeping requirements.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEED OUTCOME

The product is a general operational and planning tool. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, employment or financial advice.

No income, savings, compliance, availability, compatibility, uninterrupted access or error-free performance is guaranteed.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and other third-party services are not included and are governed by their own terms. Their availability and behaviour may change independently.

SUPPORT

Support covers general product questions, download access and verified file defects. Data entry, ongoing customisation and business-specific implementation are not included.

Never send sensitive client, pet, security, payment or access-code information in a support request.

REFUNDS

The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

APPLICABLE RIGHTS

These terms do not exclude consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
