2. Product and compatibility

Payday Pocket is digital content supplied in a ZIP containing the Microsoft Excel .xlsx workbook, Start Here guide, README, changelog and personal-use licence. Microsoft Excel is required; other spreadsheet applications are not guaranteed. Extract the ZIP before use. No physical item is sent. The workbook has no macros or bank connection and does not import live financial data.

3. Price and payment

The price is £5 GBP as a one-time payment, with applicable tax included as shown at checkout. There is no subscription. Payment is processed through the methods displayed by Payhip.

4. Digital delivery

The files are made available digitally after successful checkout. Keep your order confirmation and download information. Contact the support email if you cannot access the files.

5. Cancellation and immediate supply

Where UK consumer law applies, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that you will lose that cancellation right when supply begins, the right can be lost once supply begins, provided all legal conditions, including the required confirmation, are met. Digital status alone does not remove your rights.

Where another country's mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections remain unaffected.

6. Refunds and product faults

A change-of-mind refund is not normally available after supply begins where the immediate-supply request and acknowledgement were validly obtained and confirmed. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If the files are faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, materially not as described, or there is an order error, email paydaypocketuk@gmail.com with your order ID and a brief explanation. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy where required, which may include restoring access, a working replacement, a price reduction or refund. Do not send bank statements, card details or bank-login information.

7. Exercising a cancellation right

If a cancellation right still applies, email paydaypocketuk@gmail.com or write to the seller address above with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and information identifying your order. The optional form below can be used; no reason for cancelling is required. We will acknowledge the request and process any refund due within the applicable legal timescale, normally within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees to you.

8. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own budgeting. You may make copies for your own pay cycles and records and make reasonable changes to your working copy. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the template for others, or use it as a competing commercial template without written permission. Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred by purchase. Your own financial data remains yours.

9. Budgeting information

Calculations depend on the figures and dates you enter. The daily figure is a planning guide, not a spending target or live bank balance. The workbook does not provide financial, investment, debt, tax or legal advice or guarantee savings or other financial outcomes. Check your own balances, bills and payment dates.

10. Changes and statutory rights

Updates to these terms apply to future purchases. Retain the terms supplied for your purchase. Nothing here excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Email paydaypocketuk@gmail.com with complaints or support enquiries.
