Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital file sales are final and non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, every STL file purchased from Penny Accents includes a Commercial License.

With this license, you may:

✔ Print unlimited physical products using the purchased STL file.

✔ Sell the physical products you print.

✔ Use the files for your personal or small business.

You may not:

✘ Share, sell, trade, give away, or redistribute the STL files.

✘ Upload the STL files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing service.

✘ Claim the digital design as your own.

✘ Modify the STL file and resell or redistribute the digital file.

✘ Include the STL file in any digital bundle or subscription.

The purchase of an STL file grants a license to use the design—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

We offer custom apparel and 3D printed products.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
