📌 Refund Policy (Digital VRChat Avatars)

All sales are final.

These are instant digital downloads, refunds are not provided under any circumstances; once the avatar files have been downloaded.

Chargebacks filed after download will be treated as fraudulent, as well the license to use said avatar will be revoked and it will be removed from your VRChat account by a VRChat Admin.

📌 Terms Of Use

☆ Do not upload my avatars as public, they are for your use and your use only.

☆ Do not take any assets from my avatars and reuse them in any way. If you want the asset you must go get it from the original creator (they will be linked in the credits so that shouldn't be an issue).

☆ Feel free to edit the avatar to your liking to a degree; the only thing I forbid is head/body swaps or severely editing the avatar to the point it is unrecognizable from the original look that I gave it.

☆ You may not re-sell, trade, leak my avatars/assets doing so will result in a DMCA and could result in further legal action.

☆ Do not claim my work as your own, you can edit the avatar all you want it is not yours it is my work at the end of the day. Doesn't matter if you bought the avatar, I own the original license and copyright of the avatar.. extending on that.. Please be sure to credit me if you use the avatar in any photos, videos or streaming content.

☆ If you do not know how to upload an avatar myself or one of my mods; or even one of your friends can help upload the model to your account.

- The avatar file is protected so I do not have any strict rules about you not being able to allow a friend to upload the avatar for you.

 HOWEVER If they want the avatar they will need to buy it themselves.
