My Story

Over the past 20 years, my journey has been a wild ride, and it all started with a simple truth: I wasn’t feeling my best. Can you relate? For too long, I battled persistent digestive issues – uncomfortable, unpredictable, and frankly, worrying.


It was like my body was screaming for change, and I finally decided to listen. This led me down a path of exploring how our lifestyle habits can impact our health, particularly those sneaky toxins that creep into our lives.


It wasn’t about striving for perfection, but about making kinder choices, for myself and our beautiful planet. I’m sharing my journey with you because these are the things that have truly worked for me.


The most transformative change? Embracing a plant-based lifestyle. I started understanding how different foods affected my digestion, identifying triggers and learning to nourish my body.


My plate now bursts with vibrant colors! I discovered delicious, fulfilling meals packed with nutrients. This culinary exploration transformed my digestion and how I feel overall.


Knowing my food choices align with my values for the planet and animals made it even more meaningful. Then, I realized how much our skin absorbs! I swapped my usual products for natural, gentle options.


And let’s not forget water! Clean, quality water is crucial for well-being and digestion. I consciously drink filtered water, paying attention to its quality.


My journey wasn’t a straight line. I worked in the beauty industry, but my heart wasn’t in selling products I didn’t truly believe in anymore.


Then, while working in administration, I handled disability insurance files and saw so many people struggling. I wanted to offer more than just doing the paperwork, I wanted to offer hope and guidance to improve their lifestyle habits for better health.


This desire led me to study holistic nutrition, plant-based cooking and naturopathy. I learned about the body’s incredible resilience and how it thrives when given the right support.


Now in my mid forties, my digestion is better than it has been in years, and I honestly feel better than I did in my 20s!
